Welcome to Dusting AI. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

Dusting AI provides a visual workspace with AI-powered tools. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your personal or business purposes, subject to these terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Credits and Billing

Access to AI models and certain features is managed through Credits.

  • Credits are assigned based on your subscription tier (Basic, Pro, Elite).
  • Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a limited refund policy for initial purchases to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Refund Window: You may request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase.
  • Usage Restriction: Refunds are only available if zero (0) Credits have been consumed. If any credits have been used, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Initial Purchase Only: Refunds apply only to initial subscription purchases and not to renewals or top-ups.
  • Process: To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account details. Approved refunds may be subject to a processing fee.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
  • Upload content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the canvas. Dusting AI retains all rights to the platform, including its software, AI models, and brand assets.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dusting AI is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dusting AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
